Do you guarantee the clean against the inventory report?
Yes. If the check-out inventory raises a cleaning issue within 72 hours, we return to re-clean at no charge.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming is included; hot-water extraction is a paid add-on and often required by tenancy agreements.
How much notice do you need?
48–72 hours is ideal, but we regularly accommodate 24-hour bookings around move-out dates.
